This collaboration offers artists playing on the Sun Temple stage a unique opportunity to have their full sets professionally recorded using seven stationary cameras and the option of roaming cameras, at a fraction of the cost typically associated with post-production workflows.

FAQs
1. Why is it cheaper than what you have previously charged?
Normally we would have to set up the whole operation for each booking, which takes hours to prepare, install and pack up. There are no set up costs included as the cameras will be set up and ready to go for the entire festival. Additionally, on a normal project the post-processing would take approximately 10 hours. As we are editing live on site, the post-processing is reduced to 3 hours on average.
No other stage is being offered these prices as this particular set up will only be on the Sun Temple stage.
2. What’s the turn-around time?
Turn around for the first draft will be 3 weeks.
3. Will I be allowed to request any changes?
Yes, two rounds of changes but we always try to get it done in one for a faster delivery.
4. Do I own the rights to the video?
Yes, to the finished video but not the raw footage. The raw footage will be retained by Esoteric Festival and Jurassic Melbourne to be remixed and cut into clips to be used for promotional purposes. This will help promote your video and the festival.
